1Definitions & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between super bajji ("we", "us", "the platform") and the users of our services ("you", "member", "user"). super bajji is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries.

3Age Requirement

Super bajji's services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request proof of identity for age verification at any time.

If a member is suspected of being underage, their account will be immediately suspended and all transactions will be considered void. Parents and guardians are urged to monitor their children's online activities.

4Deposits & Payments

Deposits on super bajji can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 50, and the maximum is subject to the applicable limit. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi currency (BDT).

5Withdrawal Policy

• If an event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on super bajji and will result in immediate account closure:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Harassing or engaging in inappropriate behaviour towards other members.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Super bajji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, for any reason — particularly in cases of Terms and Conditions violations. Grounds for account closure include:

• Violation of any clause in the Terms & Conditions.
• Failing KYC verification or providing false information.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Self-closure requested under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Order from a court or law enforcement authority.

If any valid balance remains at the time of account closure, it will be returned subject to verification.
